SUPBarmouth are a BSUPA qualified/ insured activity provider and We pride ourselves on the importance of Salt Water safety whilst insuring our sessions leave you smiling from cheek to cheek. We cater for ages 8 - 80+ and for all abilities. You don't need to be fit to SUP and you don't need to be a good swimmer. Almost anyone can Stand Up Paddleboard If you can tie your shoelaces and walk to the shops, then we can teach you to stand up paddleboard!

 

You won't even get cold when the sun isn't shining and we paddle all year round! You don't have to be tough to get in the water as the wetsuits we use are high quality summer/winter wetsuits. They are designed for the cold winter sea's so they WILL keep you warm even if you  do fall in. If you haven't worn a good wetsuit before you won't believe how good they are and lot's of our students actually ask us if t hey can get in the water for a swim to cool down half way through a session! We have wetsuits to fit all sizes from ages 8 years old and above.

 

We start and finish in the Harbour and are based at the Merioneth Yacht Club compound in Barmouth. Those not wishing to take part even have the luxury of picking from a choice of Harbour side cafes where they can sit and watch their Friends and Family having fun on the water. 

 

Whether you're a complete beginner looking for your first taste of SUP, you've tried it before but not quite mastered it. Or your an experienced paddler wanting to learn about the tides and currents in Barmouth before setting out on your own, we have a variety of stand up paddle boarding experiences available to suit everyone.

Large groups is what we do BEST so it's a great outdoor activity for private Schools, Stag and Hen Parties.
